“I just recently purchased a house from UREII and I’m incredibly pleased. It’s on a historic block and the house, as my new neighbors tell me, was in very bad shape outside and inside before UREII invested in it. The outside is beautiful and in keeping with all of the historic requirements; You can notice they used great materials. The inside was also done very well, with all modern needs but keeping the appropriate feel for the house. During the inspection, it was clear that they had invested in putting all new plumbing and electrical wire in, to which the inspector mentioned they were of very good quality.

The interior was very well designed, from the tiles in the bathroom to the colors of the walls. During the inspection process and after, Dan was always very helpful in answering questions and was available to take case of minor issues.
