Peggy Tang, PHD

Peggy Tang is the founder/CEO of Urban Real Estate Investment, Inc. (UREI). Peggy received her PhD in Chemical Engineering at Columbia University and worked at Merck & Co., Inc. for eight years as a Senior Chemical Engineer/Manager. Out of the love of business and real estate, Peggy started pursuing her career full time in real estate development in 2003. In 14 years since then, Peggy and partners have developed over 300 residential properties in Philadelphia, PA. UREI’s business has two focuses: development of residential properties and management of its own rental portfolio. Peggy’s interests covers a wide range: from playing badminton (once was an ESPN badminton commentator), tennis, golf, yoga, etc., to gardening and ikebana flowering arrangement.

Ronnie Cong

Ronnie joined the UREII team as a construction manager in March 2021. Ronnie got his Bachelor Degree in Construction Management and spent one year working at a German project management company in China. In a fast-paced working environment, Ronnie learned how to manage a construction project from project initiation to project close. In 2019, Ronnie came to the states and got his Master Degree in Construction Project Management from Northwestern University. After graduation, Ronnie joined the team with his passion in real estate industry and an expectation to grow with the company. Ronnie enjoys playing tennis and billiards, and he is a good home cook during the spare time.

Grace Del Spechio

Grace joined the UREII team as an office manager in March of 2020. Grace graduated from Neumann University with a degree in communication and media arts. Grace started her career as a social media/marketing coordinator for a leading event group in Center City Philadelphia and moved on to be the groups office manager. After 2 years in the hospitality industry, Grace transitioned to a client support specialist position for a boutique wealth management firm, focusing on working closely with high net worth clients both in the United States and Internationally. Having both office management and finance experience and a strong desire to learn about the real estate industry, Grace became the newest addition to UREII. Grace enjoys fashion, traveling and cooking.
